so despite the utter disrespect MLB is showing me by scheduling the NLCS games around the ALCS ones, i've been watching the yankees-red sox games in addition to the astros-cardinals. i've rarely cared too much about the postseason before because my team has never made it this far before (although the possibility last year of a cubs-red sox world series certainly held my interest until both teams blew it) but i guess i'm in it now. tonight's game was pretty amazing. tomorrow's will be better... astros in six!
