my dad called me an asshole this afternoon when we were sitting there watching the news. i didn't even say anything, but being my dad he knew i was thinking disrespectful thoughts. i began to object, since i had kept my mouth shut, but he was right. i had been sitting there thinking "reagan was scum" over and over. later we both agreed that we should watch baseball together and not the news.

in other news, danseparc was nice last night. sadly the next one isn't until july 3rd, however the last song was "smalltown boy" by bronski beat. if i did a set, my last song would be "bring on the dancing horses (extended mix)" by echo and the bunnymen. it has the majestic sadness of freeways late at night and you can dance to it.
